The IsleSight name, logo, and all related technology, including our proprietary insights generation algorithms, are the exclusive property of IsleSight. Nothing in these terms grants you a license to use our trademarks or trade secrets except as expressly permitted for the operation of the reports generated for your business.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IsleSight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly through the use of our AI reporting tools.
